R&R SPA RETAIL RETURNS POLICY

We’re happy to offer a refund within 14 days of delivery – provided the items are unused and in the original packaging.

Need to Return an Item?
Please give us a call to start the returns process at 01237472361. Alternatively, you can email your request to [email protected]. Please include your Order Number, item/items you would like to return and the reason for the return. Following your return being made, we will require tracking details to be provided in order to proceed and once we have received your items back to us we would be able to start processing the refund. Please note that if you do experience any issues with your order, you must get in touch within 14 days of delivery and include images of your order.

Refunds
Once we have received your parcel we will be in contact to confirm the receipt of the returned goods and that your refund/exchange has been issued accordingly. Please allow 10-14 working days for your return to be processed and for our team to contact you. All refunds will be processed back on to the card originally used for purchase. We cannot refund any postal charges you incur to both deliver the item to you or to return the item to us, unless we have sent you the wrong items, or your order is faulty or damaged. We cannot refund any Tax, Customs or Duties charges that you may have incurred at the time of delivery.

Payment with Vouchers
Orders paid with Vouchers can be exchanged, provided the items are unused and in the original packaging, however cannot be refunded.

Promotions & Gifts with Purchase
Where promotions have been applied, discounts will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will only be refunded the amount paid. If your order contained a free promotional gift, the gift must be included with the return of any related items.

Order Cancellations
You cannot cancel an order once it has been posted to you, you will need to wait until this has arrived and return the item to us. Orders can only be cancelled in writing prior to the item being sent out to you by contacting us on [email protected].
