USEFUL INFORMATION, TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. You can pay via voucher directly in person at the hotel.
2. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
3. No change will be given if voucher not redeemed in full.
4. The gift voucher expiration date will be stated on the front of your voucher.
5. Vouchers cannot be used for any goods or services after the date on the front of your voucher. There will be no exceptions to this.
6. You cannot pre-book appointments or restaurant bookings beyond the expiry date.
7. Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.
8. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
9. This voucher can be redeemed at The Durrant House Hotel, against food, drink, and accommodation, or at The R&R Spa.
10. If voucher is not presented in person at time of booking, full payment will be taken for spa appointments.
11. For spa bookings made and pre-paid on the phone, vouchers will be refunded when presented in person at the front desk.
